The house
OmiHomeStay sits in Dharamkot — a cedar-forest village above McLeod Ganj, where the Triund trail begins. Rooms are simple and bright: new white linen, hot showers, a desk by the window. Downstairs, our café cooks home-style Indian food; upstairs, the terrace looks across the Kangra valley.

07 — Good to know
Check-in 14:00–23:00 (arriving after 20:00 — please message us on WhatsApp ahead; even later arrivals are fine with notice). Check-out by 12:00. Luggage storage is free before and after.

No — the on-site café runs separately and cooks to order (Indian & international, paid). Staying guests get 10% off the menu. Every room has a kettle with a tea & coffee kit.
Winters are cold: heating is free in the top-floor rooms and available in the others (paid). No AC — at ~2,000 m you won't miss it; summer nights are cool.
The house has stairs only (no elevator) — rooms are on floors 2–4. Free two-wheeler parking on site; cars park on the street nearby. We'll gladly arrange an airport taxi.
Foreign guests: passport required at check-in (government C-form). That's it.
No pets, no parties. Smoking outside/on the terrace only, not in rooms. Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. Shoes off inside rooms.
Weekly and monthly guests are very welcome — desks, kitchens, laundry and weekly cleaning make it easy. Ask on WhatsApp for long-stay rates.
